5. Delivery Issues & Delays


If your order hasn't arrived:


  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date

Common reasons for delays:

  • Public holidays and festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Eid)
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Remote location accessibility
  • High order volumes during sales


If your package is damaged:

  • Take photos/video immediately upon delivery
  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages
  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund promptly


If nobody is available to receive:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 3 times
  • After 3 failed attempts, package returns to us
  • Contact us to rearrange delivery
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

  • Payment collected by courier partner at delivery

  • COD orders are verified via call/WhatsApp before dispatch
